Giovanni Gallucci has a proven track record as a highly successful operations manager with a far-reaching background in technology, general management, business strategy, media, marketing, and product development. As President & Chief Operating Officer, Giovanni manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with goals, objectives, and policies of the agency; implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit; provides operational direction and structure; and participates in developing policy and strategic plans.

In addition, Gallucci directs IS operations including computer operations, technical support, systems analysis and programming; establishes technical priorities, standards, and procedures; ensures sufficient systems capacity for organizational needs; contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness; recognizes new developments in marketing, advertising, media, and technology, and anticipates organizational modifications; establishes long-term needs for information systems, and plans strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs; and functions as top level contact to assist clients, staff, and partners in determining IS requirements and solutions.

Gallucci is a member of SEMPO (Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization), SMA-NA (Search Marketing Association - North America), DFWIMA (Dallas-Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association), DFW-SEM (Dallas-Fort Worth Search Engine Marketers), a Council Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group and serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of The Search Engine Marketing Alert. An experienced consultant, speaker, architect, developer, and manager, Gallucci delivered cutting-edge, web-based solutions for over a decade before forming Kinetic Results in 2005.
