Collyn Floyd is an online marketing and public relations specialist for The Karcher Group, a Canton, Ohio-based Web marketing, development, and hosting firm. In this role, she writes Web copy, press releases, and other communications, as well as manages and speaks at The Karcher Group's own local search engine optimization seminars. She also works with The Karcher Group's SEO clients on their link building and online public relations campaigns.

Prior to joining The Karcher Group, she spent several years working in marketing, event planning, and corporate communications.
