Dr. Bonny Brown
Director of Research and Public Services
Keynote Systems
Dr. Brown is an experimental social psychologist with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research in psychology and consumer interaction with the Web. As Keynote's Director of Research and Public Services she provides insight on market research methodologies to the [San Francisco-based] provider of customer experience management solutions. Dr. Brown is also co-founder and president of the Bay Area chapter of the Usability Professionals Association (UPA). She received her masters and doctorate from Stanford University. Her speaking history includes presentations for the Cognitive Science and Linguistics Institute, the Usability Professionals Association, and the American Society for Information Sciences & Technology.
