Brett is the primary force behind all ISV, hardware bundling, and other partnership arrangements undertaken by the company. He is also responsible for business models and product positioning. As a member of Urchin's Board of Directors, Brett also helps steer the direction of the company. Since January 2003, Brett has sat on Sun Microsystems' ISV Technology Advisory Board for Sun's low cost computing initiative. Prior to joining Urchin in 1996, Brett was heavily involved with the Web. He founded and ran an online talent agency which was first to connect independent talent with major studios using the Internet. Brett holds a Degree from USC in Political Science and International Relations.
