Rick Mitchell oversees Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and other interactive marketing programs for World Vision, a Christian relief and development organization based in Federal Way, Washington. Rick spearheaded the launch of SEM at World Vision and has helped to grow it into a multi-million dollar fund-raising channel, seeing total online donations surge by over 2,000 percent in just the past four years. Prior to joining World Vision, Rick began his online career in 1999, and he has nearly nine years of corporate sponsorship and marketing experience. He lives with his wife and three children in Tacoma, Washington.
