In 2001, Gerard M. Jacobs became President and CEO of publicly-traded CGI Holding Corporation (stock symbol CGIH.OB) located in Deerfield, Illinois. CGI Holding Corp, is the parent company of WebSourced, Inc, which includes KeywordRanking.com, the world's largest search engine marketing company. Assuming overall responsibility for the growth of CGI Holding Corp, Mr. Jacobs has been heavily involved in the phenomenal growth of WebSourced and has met with many investors and analysts to discuss the future of the search engine marketing industry. Recently assisting WebSourced in acquiring search engine marketing company, Engine Studio, Mr. Jacobs holds a position few people can match, being the CEO of a publicly-traded, profitable and rapidly-growing, search engine marketing company.
Mr. Jacobs is a graduate of Harvard University and The University of Chicago Law School and his experience includes managing public companies with revenues approaching $1 billion in gross revenues.
