Thomas Wilde
Global Manager of Search Services
for Terra Lycos
Tom Wilde joined Terra Lycos in January 2002 as general manager of search services for Lycos Search and HotBot, the award-winning, leading search engines in the Terra Lycos Network. Wilde brings in-depth expertise in the online search industry to Terra Lycos, where he heads up all search-related revenue and product strategy. In January 2003, Tom became the global manager of search services, leading all efforts to deploy Lycos Search and HotBot search globally.
Wilde is the former vice president of marketing and channels for Fast Search and Transfer, a leading provider of Internet and enterprise search technology to Fortune 2000 companies. Prior to joining FAST, Wilde served as an Internet business development manager at RCN, a leading broadband ISP.
Wilde holds an MBA from the Wharton School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College.
