Christopher Payne
Vice President
MSN
Christopher Payne is the Vice President of MSN.com at Microsoft. His team consists of MSN Search, the MSN.com homepage, Home & Auto, Entertainment, MSNBC, Slate and the MSN Channels properties. Their focus is on delivering the best user experience on the internet while building toward a common content technology platform to meet the customer’s needs.
Christopher recently rejoined Microsoft after spending three years with Amazon.com. At Amazon, he lead the building of a number of businesses including Video, Electronics, Software and Wireless.
Prior to Amazon.com, Christopher worked for eight years with Microsoft. His responsibilities included marketing four versions of Microsoft Access and running Microsoft Investor.
Christopher graduated with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 1990. Originally from Kentucky, he currently resides in Seattle with his wife, four-year old daughter and newborn son.
