David Fischer
U.S. Manager
AdWords, Google
David Fischer manages the U.S. operations of AdWords, Google's self-service advertising program. In that role, Fischer is responsible for the sales and operations of the AdWords program in the U.S. and for overseeing Google's relationships with its thousands of AdWords advertising customers.
Fischer previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff of the U.S. Treasury Department. At Treasury, he served as an advisor to the Secretary of the Treasury and worked on a variety of policy issues within the federal government. Prior to that, Fischer was an Associate Editor at U.S. News & World Report, where he covered economics and business from Washington DC.
Fischer earned a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford University.
