Jonathan Grant oversees the technical infrastructure that supports Sur La Table’s e-commerce business serving culinary professionals and home chefs. In this role, Grant’s duties include hands-on web and database development, budget management and purchasing recommendations. While at Sur La Table, Grant has led the transfer and integration of the company’s website and database of over 3 million records from an external consulting firm into an internally hosted environment.

Before joining Sur La Table, Grant was a Senior Developer at Windermere Services, the largest real estate corporation in the Pacific Northwest. While at Windermere, Grant built and designed a large-scale intranet and extranet solution to support the company’s more than 10,000 employees. Prior to Windermere, Grant led software development at Lguide.com and was a Webmaster at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington.

Grant studied Computer Science at The Evergreen State College where his studies focused on artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on handwriting and image recognition.
