Rolf Michelsen has worked for FAST since early 1999. He is responsible
for managing the engineering work on FAST's hosted Internet search
services, including Web Search, Multimedia Search, News Search, and FTP
Search. Prior to joining FAST, Mr Michelsen worked for SINTEF, an
independent research institute, where he worked on research issues in
information security in open and distributed systems. Rolf Michelsen
holds a siv.ing. degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology
(NTH).
