Ron Verheijen is Business Development Manager for Yahoo!/Overture search with overall responsibility for providing solutions for OEM customers in Europe.

Ron joined Yahoo!/Overture in March 2003 as a result of the acquisition of Inktomi, where he was in charge of Business Development for Europe. Previously he worked for Digital Equipment and Altavista from 1996 to1998.

Ron has a Ph.D. in linguistics from Leiden University (Netherlands), which was completed in 1983.
