Jen McGrath, one of Google's earliest employees, joined the company in 1999.
Since that time, she contributed to refining the quality of Google search
results. Jen also helped convert the data from the Open Directory Project
to create Google's Web Directory search service. As a member of the user
interface team, Jen participated in the design, testing and implementation
of a number of new features including maps and white pages. Jen also
served as a project manager and led the team that developed Google Groups
Usenet archive search service.
Jen is a graduate of Stanford University where she received a B.S. in
Symbolic Systems and an M.S. in Computer Science.
