Patricia Drewes (29) is product manager at Lycos Europe. She is taking care of the Lycos directories on European level with a focus on optimization of database, editorial workflow, paid services and usability concerning research. During her studies she worked as a librarian. After her degree in humanities and economics she worked at e-learning projects at the long distance teaching university of Hagen. Later she was product manager at Arcum Media Cologne, a company providing commercial directories and portals for different branches. In summer 2000 she joined Lycos Europe as German taxonomy manager before she switched to the European team.
