As of October 2000 Lars Rabe is responsible for NetBooster's German subsidiary in Frankfurt. A major part of his work is dedicated to developing the still fledgling market for Web Positioning in Germany.
Before joining NetBooster Lars worked for Jobpilot, a European online career portal. There he started as assistant to the CEO and quickly changed to the European Regional Management as Regional Manager. His main task was to set up Jobpilot subsidiaries across Eastern and Western Europe. After this, Lars was responsible for the further development of the offices in France, Spain, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. Besides founding the legal entities, recruiting the management, and developing the business plans, his task was to develop and implement all on- and offline marketing activities. During 1999 he was Interim Country Manager for Jobpilot's Austrian subsidiary in Vienna.
During his business administration studies Lars also spent a semester at Westminster University in London.
