The Search Engine Strategies 2000 Exclusive Reception Sponsorship includes the following:
• Exposure to a captive audience of industry professionals for 1 hour
• Distribution of promotional materials throughout the reception period (no pens or pads).
• Search Engine Strategies 2000 Banner with Reception Sponsor logo
• An Additional banner or sign in the reception room (provided by Sponsor) as space permits.
8 x 10 foot Exhibit Area
The exhibit area is floor space only. The Reception Sponsor has the option to receive a complimentary booth package to include:
• six foot table
• two chairs
• one wastebasket
• 44 inch x 7 inch table sign with company name
The Reception Sponsor incurs all charges for changes, additions or substitutions to the complimentary booth package. The Reception Sponsor is responsible for all booth decoration, personnel, electric, shipping, computer, telephone and other requirements. Floor Exhibit Space is made available on a first come, first served basis and no assurances or guarantees for specific space can be given.
Search Engine Strategies 2000 Web Site Advertising
Reception Sponsor's company logo and description will appear (with company link) on the Search Engine Strategies 2000 Web Site. Thousands of Internet industry professionals are expected to visit the seminar web site.
Seminar Registration Passes For Reception Sponsors Personnel
The Reception Sponsor will receive three complimentary registration passes to Search Engine Strategies 2000 ($2,385 value) for use by its company personnel and may not be transferred or re-sold in any manner.
Discounted Seminar Registration Passes For Reception Sponsor's Customers and Additional Personnel
The Reception Sponsor will be able to offer its customers and personnel a special seminar registration rate for Search Engine Strategies 2000 at the discounted price of $600 per registration ($195 savings per registration).
