As Client Services Director at iProspect, Schmidt is responsible for overseeing the activities of client-facing search teams, and focuses her attention on delivering superior strategies and proactive account management to iProspect's clients. Also responsible for new employee training and development, Schmidt monitors and manages iProspect's search engine marketing processes for clients, ensuring that the company continues to innovate and becomes more efficient at achieving client results.
In addition, Schmidt is also responsible for the management of iProspect's International search engine marketing practice. In this capacity, she serves at Dean of iProspect University - an educational program on search engine marketing and iProspect's processes and best practices - for employees of iProspect's sister companies worldwide.
Since joining iProspect in 2001, Schmidt has contributed significantly to iProspect's achievements and enormous growth, and has worked closely with clients such as Citibank, Hatworld, Long & Foster, Mayo Clinic, Medtronic and Sharp Electronics Corporation. Schmidt has authored articles for numerous publications, including "The Search Engine that Could" for Pharmaceutical Executive Magazine, and regularly speaks at industry events, including Search Engine Strategies.
Schmidt earned her bachelors degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
