Jacques has worked in top management positions with Livedoor Media, Travelzoo, Knight Ridder Digital and The Cobalt Group. He has implemented successful Internet marketing programs for numerous Fortune 500 companies utilizing a full spectrum of products, including Web development, search-engine marketing, e-mail promotions, and online display ads and lead-generation.

Jacques earned a degree from the University of Washington in business administration with a concentration in marketing. Jacques also served in the U.S. Peace Corps from 1996 until 1999.
