Alex Bäcker

Alex created and led the development of the core intellectual property powering Adapt's first PPC management product, MarketFinder. He is a prolific inventor, writer, and scientist. Prior to founding Adapt in 2004, Alex was a member of Sandia National Labs' Evolutionary Computing and Computational Biology Department, and a visiting scientist at the California Institute of Technology. He has also worked for McKinsey & Co. Alex holds M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Caltech in Computation and Neural Systems and Biology, as well as an S.B. in Biology with a minor in Economics from MIT.
