As director of Business.com's directory, Sarah oversees a team of industry analysts who review and select submissions to be entered into the Business.com directory. Sarah will share the guidelines that her team follows for submissions and what helps to get a human editor to not only list a site in its directory, but to list it in the relevant place with the correct associated keywords that maximize search results. Prior to joining Business.com, Sarah worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York performing industry research and trend analysis for the firm's retail and private equity clients. Sarah has a bachelor of arts degree in social studies from Wesleyan University and a MBA from Yale School of Management.
