Sponsor one of the most attended sessions at the conference, the SES Keynote. The keynote is attended by all conference and exhibit registrants. Sponsorship of the SES Keynote includes the following:
- Ability to hand out literature piece or promotional item outside the track room prior to sessions beginning
- Placement of sponsor logo on speaker podium
- Company listing and logo on SES conference website
- Inclusion of company logo as keynote sponsor on the on-site signage where keynote is mentioned
- Thank you by keynote moderator prior to start of session
- Logo on opening slide: "Keynote brought to you by ..."
- 2 minute maximum professionally produced video content
- Video will also be appear on SES YouTube channel event website
