Diplômée au départ en physique quantique, Raphaelle se dirige ensuite vers une formation de management en entreprise.

Elle dirige le département d’acquisition de contenus chez Tiscali pendant 2 ans où elle négocie et met en place tous les partenariats de contenus des sites du Groupe Tiscali (libertysurf, nomade, respublica…), en étroite collaboration avec le département éditorial et la régie. 

Elle rejoint Andres Menajovsky pour co-fonder la société iando. Elle dirige aujourd’hui une équipe de 30 personnes pour apporter la meilleure réponse à ses 90 clients sur les prestations de Search et Performance Marketing.
