Brad Hill is the Director of Weblogs, Inc., a professional content network that was acquired by AOL in 2005. The Weblogs, Inc. portfolio includes best-of-breed brands Engadget, Joystiq, Autoblog, Gadling, Switched, and many others. International versions carry translated and original content in Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Korean, French, and German.
Hill is the author of more than 20 books about online services and music, including the first editions of Google For Dummies (Wiley, 2006) and Blogging For Dummies (Wiley, 2006). He has penned (well, typed) innumerable articles and columns focused on the internet, investing, and music.
A veteran of online content and community realms, Hill owned and operated CompuServe Forums starting in 1992. Often consulted in the media's coverage of the internet, Hill has been interviewed by PC World, Business Week, The Washington Post, Wired, CNET, USA Today, Investor's Business Daily, The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Associated Press, Billboard Magazine, The Christian Science Monitor, and dozens of other print outlets. He has been a guest in innumerable television and radio interviews, including Good Day L.A. (Fox), L.A.
