With 8 years industry specific experience Allan is a burgeoning and well-regarded SEM professional. For the past 4 years Allan has been working in the recruitment industry for PULSE, heading up their web team, driving online strategies and trailblazing a range of projects, many of which have set the standard in recruitment.
Prior to his time at PULSE, Allan spent 18 months as SEO Manager at Oddschecker a large and well establish gaming comparison website. Whilst at Oddschecker Allan was in charge of SEO, PPC, Information Architecture and a range of other activities.
Allan gained knowledge of search through a network of Scottish SEO professionals and fresh out of Uni made the bold decision to co-found his own agency, FireflySEO, which he is still involved with today.
In his spare time Allan is an affiliate, blogger and writes for a number of high profile industry publications.
