Susan Chenoweth Scarth leads Demandbase's marketing and communications strategy. She brings more than 20 years of marketing experience and success in building global brands. Prior to Demandbase she was the Vice President of Marketing for Jigsaw, a provider of business information and data services. Before Jigsaw, Susan was Group Vice President of Global Marketing for Taleo (NASDAQ: TLEO) where she led their worldwide marketing strategy and helped take the company through a successful IPO. In addition, Susan has run her own marketing consultancy advising start-up technology firms on strategy and positioning. Previously, she was a Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Commerce One when their revenues exploded from $2 million to $700 million. Her early marketing career includes positions at Netscape and Microsoft. Earlier in her career, Susan held sales positions at IBM and Tandem Computers. Susan completed the Stanford University Executive Program for Growing Companies and earned her BA in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
