Purchase Orders are acceptable, however, pre-payment is required to register. For Government Agencies, invoicing is possible - for details please contact our registration department.
If you are paying by check or need a printable registration form:
Print this registration form, complete it and mail or fax it with your payment. The fax number and mailing address are located on the form. Payment by mail must be received NO LATER than June 11, 2008. If payment is not received by June 11, 2008, you will need to register on-site.
You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received.
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you must cancel for any reason, notify our registration department by May 16, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 CAD processing fee. Cancellations after May 16, 2008 are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances, you may transfer your registration to another person. You may not transfer your registration once your badge has been picked up.
