"Studying Buddhism taught me how to learn and ask questions. When I'm analyzing keyword data in order to understand the nuances of how a customer searches, I ask a lot of questions. The answers to those questions help my clients see how their customers are truly searching."

Waterman joined iCrossing in 2004 as a Senior Account Executive, managing relationships with key partners like Rodale, Business Week and Pfizer. She has worked in every aspect of interactive business from operations to product marketing and project management. Prior to iCrossing, Waterman was at Comet Systems (Miva) working on putting the power of search into your cursor.

Now she gives client partners insight into data from Web analytics, keyword research tools and more, generating insight that helps her clients make improvements in their marketing strategies, online and offline. Waterman has a B.A. from Harvard University.
