As an employee of Critical Mass for 8 years, John has led teams for several of Critical Mass' largest site development programs. Leading the strategy, design and development for NASA, Procter & Gamble, Pampers, SUPERVALU and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) has given John a great understanding of the marketing challenges encountered by dynamic and complex organizations and the strategies and tactics to overcome them.

With a master's degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University, John believes in the need to drive consistent messages across all media, and that continuous analysis of customer insights should drive those messages. John also holds a degree in journalism with a concentration in advertising and business administration from Ohio University.
