He has provided key account strategy for clients including egg, SAAB and Lloyds TSB. His time at AXA Assistance UK as head of business development saw him implement a full strategic review of their business relations and product
range, delivering significant results.
Account management and new business development form the core of Dean's role at Spannerworks, this includes maintaining year on year growth and achieving a 100% client satisfaction rate. "Spannerworks is at the forefront of a fast expanding market and it is essential to manage and control its growth in order to ensure a sustainable and profitable future," comments Dean on his role. Dean has been a fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing for the last five years, lives in Brighton with his wife and son.
