Marilyn has been part of the SES team since its inception in 2001 and plays a key role in programming as well as speaker acquisition and management. She also worked for 5 years on the IT Service Management Forum as the Program Manager. Prior to that, she was the Director of Operations for the International Society of Fire Service Instructors Conference which annually drew upwards of 15,000 attendees. After 17 years of evening school, Marilyn finally graduated from Bentley College in 2006.
